Our final ad from Sinclair Solutions shows off the advanced Decoy Plasmid. Zak McClendon also has answered a few questions about the Plasmid to give you more details about how you'll be able to wield it in-game.

What is the Decoy Plasmid?
Rapture’s a dangerous place and sometimes you just need a little breathing room. That’s where the Decoy Plasmid comes in. It creates a “target dummy” version of yourself. Splicers can’t tell the difference! They’ll rush to attack giving you valuable time to plan your next move, an opening to attack or the chance to make a quick getaway.

How does it change as you upgrade it?
The basic Decoy Plasmid works great as a distraction, but the upgrades allow you to use it more tactically. At level 2, the Decoy will actually start reflecting some of the incoming attacks from muddled Splicers back at them, softening them up for your surprise attack. When you upgrade to Decoy 3, you get some of that damage sent back to you has heath! It’s one of the few ways to get health from Plasmids, so Decoy 3 can be an incredibly powerful tool – It distracts your enemies, whittles down their health and buffs you back up!

What situations have you used Decoy in while playing BioShock 2?
People who like Decoy tend to use it a LOT. It’s useful in almost any situation – dividing enemy attention during large battles, getting the heat off of you so that you can plan some trickier attacks go scavenge for ammo or just getting a big Brute Splicer to stand in one place for a bit so you can line up a headshot. This last tactic is one of the best. Since melee-focused enemies like Brutes, Bouncers or Thugish Splicers need to run over to the Decoy to attack it, you can use it to steer them around the environment – right into your Trap Rivets, under a hacked camera or into a pool of water, so you can hit with Electro Bolt. Smart use of Decoy puts *you* in charge of the battle!
